We were looking for a powerful CRM/marketing tool which integrated with our loyalty software 5loyalty to allow us to understand more about our customers and use those insights to increase their frequency of visits to SushiDog. Talkbox takes all of our customer data and enables us to communicate with them in different ways depending on their behaviour. We are absolutely delighted with the success we have achieved so far, most notably through the use of vouchers and rewards sent to customers who haven’t visited us as recently as we’d have expected. The revenue we have generated through customers who have visited us as a result of receiving a communication through TalkBox has significantly exceeded the monthly fee we pay for the software.
