My Account

The account page allows the user to control all their functions in the product. Consumer data that is recorded is:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Date of birth*
  • Marketing opt in
  • preferences
  • The acceptance of The terms of conditions and Privacy policy^

*This record is locked and can not be changed by the user. Vouchers and rewards can be issued based on the user’s Birthday.

^Both these documents, Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, can be edited and updated directly by the customer.

  • MY Account

The 'my account' page is also where the customer is able to 'verify' their status.

Verification means that the customer has proven that they have received and been able to access their registered email address. This gives the merchant comfort that the data customers are registering with is legitimate.

This page is also compliant with Data Protection laws and allows customers to opt out of receiving marketing communications any time.

Users also have the ability to 'Delete' their account so the user is removed from the Merchant's database.

Users are able to register and remove payment cards to speed up their checkout process for client orders.
