WatchHouse is a cult coffee phenomenon, with 21 Houses in London, Bath and New York City, and ambitious growth plans. The company wanted a modern, stylish, digital loyalty program that would do justice to their beautifully executed brand but also segue neatly into their customers’ daily routine.
And, as a rapidly expanding business, they also wanted a smart way to reward their supporters with different tiers of Investor Rewards.
We partnered with our close POS collaborators Lightspeed to deliver a seamless integration and beautifully slick front-end that incorporates all WatchHouse’s bespoke brand look-and-feel.
We delivered omni-channel capability to enable loyalty across online ordering and in-House. Stamps and Rewards can be scanned via a rear-facing POS camera and QR code on the customer’s phone, either at POS, ordering at table or advance collections.
House customers can interact with the WatchHouse Team physically but still see digital Rewards accrued or available to earn for different menu items. Stamps can be redeemed at POS or via online advance orders too.
We designed a special Investor Reward scheme within the loyalty program, which rewards investors in line with their level of funding. This has proved an effective drive of investor engagement.
