Which payment provider does Bill Pay from 5loyalty use?
All your Bill Pay transactions from us will go through our payment provider Stripe and be paid into your nominated account weekly.
What payment rates will I pay?
As with any online payment mechanism, our rates fluctuate in line with changes in the online payment landscape. It’s worth noting that Bill Pay transactions are considered online rather than in-person payments, and priced accordingly. How do I issue refunds?
You can offer refunds through your Admin Panel, just as you would with any takeaway order.
