How does the Feedback process work?
When a customer completes a Feedback form, you will be notified by email to the address(es) you nominated for the purpose. The Feedback will also appear in your Admin Panel.
Will the feedback appear online?
No. Our Feedback module keeps comments and ratings out of the public domain and allows you to deal with your customer directly.
What can I do to resolve negative feedback?
Our system allows you to compensate a customer directly if you choose. You also have the option of allocating them bonus Loyalty Points, or selecting a reward that will be automatically added to their Loyalty and Rewards section.
