How many Stamp Cards can I have?
Although there’s no limit to the number of Stamp Cards you can include as part of your loyalty program, too many could quickly become confusing for your customers. So we would recommend a maximum of 3.
How do I set up a Stamp Card?
Stamp Cards can be set up in your Admin Panel. The simple process is completely self-service and take just a few minutes. And for customers to start collecting stamps, they just need to sign up to your loyalty program and create an account.
Where will customers see their Stamp Card?
Your customers will see their Stamp Card(s) in the ‘Loyalty & Rewards’ section of their web app.
Can customers collect stamps online and in-store?
Yes! Thank to our Lightspeed integration we are able to allow customers complete flexibility when collecting or redeeming stamps/rewards. To start collecting stamps, customers just need to sign up to your loyalty scheme and create an account.
Do Stamp Cards automatically expire?
No. Your Stamp Card remains active indefinitely, until or unless it’s switched off by our support team.
What happens if a customer forgets to scan?
No problem! Via your Admin Panel you can quickly and easily locate a customer and add a stamp to any of the cards in their wallet.
What happens when a customer collects all the required stamps on a card?
Once a Stamp Card is complete, the relevant reward appears in the customer’s wallet for use either in-store or online.
