Yes, the gift voucher email contains a QR code that can be scanned in store or a code which can be inserted into the 5loyalty web app. Once the code is inserted the user will be topped up and receive the corresponding amount of points.
Not currently, however it is on our roadmap to develop the ability to buy gift vouchers in store.
All our eGift Vouchers have a fixed 12 month expiry date.
