You’re in charge. Set the rewards and discounts that benefit you. Incentivise customers to order high-margin products with enticing benefits.
A campaign is a marketing initiative designed to engage and attract customers.

We have two different types of campaign that we cater to and each campaign is carefully discussed in detail as we go along.

Why do we need campaigns:

  • To attract more customers into the business
  • To drive back lapsed customersinto using the app
  • To increase your app sales and revenue
  • To upsell a particular product.
  • To encourage customers to use the offers and turn them into a repeat customer

What is a Code Campaign?

A code campaign gives your customers the ability to insert a code directly into the Loyalty & Rewards section of your web-app to receive a voucher.

Single use codes

You can distribute single use codes that are unique to every customer.

  • For example, you want to give 500 codes to specific audiences and we can create the codes for you.

Multi use codes

You can offer a Multi Use Code if you want to offer a specific promotion. (max redemption of 500)

  • E.g 2OGBPGIFT

What Loyalty Boost Campaign:

A loyalty boost campaign helps drives sales in slower trading periods.

e.g. "Double Points Monday! Get double points for all purchases made on Mondays throughout the month ".

The extra loyalty reward happens completely automatically there is nothing extra required to do by the staff.

This campaign is communicated to the customer by an image that sits in the voucher wallet and remains in place for the duration of the campaign, or the campaign end date.

Code campaign Rewards that you can offered:

  1. Discount entire order by amount – e.g £5 off when you spend at least £15
  1. Free product by SKU/PLU – e.g FREE SAUCE or FREE BURGER
  1. % Off – get 20% you order when you spend at least £20

Rewards can be specified by:

  • Day of Week
  • Order Type (click & collect only)
  • Specific locations
  • In store and/or App order only

Rewards can last up to 12 months and a maximum of two active campaigns can be running concurrently

Rewards can be single or multi use:

  • Issued vouchers can last between up to 30 days from date of issue

Monitoring your Campaign

When a campaign is launched, we will provide a link to the Metabase Analytics Backend so you can review the performance of the campaign.

Some of the information that we can pull are the following:

Number showing how many codes are sent or scans are made

Number showing how many vouchers have been redeemed

Chart showing redemptions per day
