200 Degrees – Voucher Campaign Form (see explanations below)
Reward – this is the discount/adjustment that the customer will benefit from when they redeem their voucher. This field is not public but your image that you submit will need to explain this reward.
Location – a campaign can either be sent to all locations or just be one location. If one specific location is selected then every user that has either: scanned at that location at least once OR selected that location as their “Home Store”
Campaign name – This will be the title that your analytics dashboard is named after.
Segment – This is the group of app users that receive the notification and reward the definitions are as follows:
Lapsed Customers – customers who have scanned once before but haven’t scanned for 2 months
Regular customers – customers who have visited at least 4 times in the last 6 months
VIP Customers – your top 10% of scanners/click and collect customers
Absent Customers – Those customers who have downloaded your application but have never scanned for loyalty or ordered from click and collect
Campaign Description – this reminds you, or the business, of the campaign objective and that it was trying to achieve.
Confirmation email address – once this campaign document has been validated we will then confirm it to this address.
Voucher Image – this is the image that the customer will see in their wallet. Please publish the expiration date so it is clear to the customer. Please use .png .jpg formats only.
Voucher Type – A Single Use voucher can be used once and then it is ‘burned’ a Multi Use voucher can be used as many times as possible until the voucher expires.
Voucher Expiry – This is the date that the voucher is no longer valid and disappears from the users ‘voucher wallet’. Note this date is inclusive. So whichever day is picked the voucher expires at 23:59 on that day.
Voucher Terms and Conditions – These are the T & C’s that are attached to the voucher and will be seen by the customer.
Push Notification Text – This text is customer facing and will appear on the device of the customer on the basis they haven’t blocked them. NB there is a limit of 178 characters on the push notification text and the push notification preview will show the first 22 characters.
Target date for ‘go live’ and notification distribution – This is the day that you want the notification to be sent to customers and the date that the voucher or campaign become live
Time of day distribution – This represents the time of the day the notification will be distributed to the app users.
