An active customer is any customer who has signed up to your loyalty scheme and been active (i.e. has earned or redeemed loyalty) at least once in the last 12 month rolling period.

Terms & Conditions

  • The 5loyalty platform will remain free up to 500 active customers registered on the platform. After which a monthly subscription fee of £60 per active location using Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) will apply.
  • An active customer is defined as someone who has interacted with the platform at least once per rolling 12 month period.
  • The merchant must have an active Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) business account in order for 5L activation and on-boarding (i.e not trial mode).
  • An active Direct Debit is required to be in place so that the merchant can pay their licence fee in case the 500 user limit is exceeded. Any payments would be notified in advance with no obligation to continue.
  • There is no minimum contract term. Accounts can be cancelled at any time.
  • Enabling any payment-based modules (e.g. Gift Cards) would require the merchant to register and link their bank account to the 5L payments platform.
  • 5loyalty Ltd acts as the data processor. The merchant takes ownership of their customer data as the data controller. Data can be exported at any time.
  • Support is via email only to support@5loyalty.com
  • An activation call is required whereby the merchant is required to be onsite, directly with their Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) iPad terminal online.
  • 5loyalty accepts no liability for any data disputes arising from the use or access of data after it has been extracted from its proprietary system.
  • 5loyalty Ltd retains ownership of all Intellectual property related to the loyalty platform.
